My greatest achievements would probably be getting into the welsh youth team 3 years in a row and reaching GB Boot camp.

I hope to again get in the Welsh youth team and GB boot camp, and maybe even reach the GB youth team aswell.

What is your greatest achievement?
Being selected for Great Britain and gaining 3rd in surf race at worlds 2000, more recently being current world champion in ironman and swim (30-34age group) at worlds 2008

To lead team storm to legacy victory ohh yes,my personal goal this year is to keep pushing all the young and upcoming superstars to the limit.....you know who u are,compete at next worlds champs in october 2010 and help wales retain celtic cup

When i was 7 after playing on the Nipper Boards at my friends birthday party.

Winning the Under 19 Board, Ski and Ironman at the Nationals as well as being Captain of National Junior Champions Woolacombe in 2009.Competing for Great Britain in Japan 2009.
What are your goals for this year?
To enjoy the summer and get good results from the Nationals, Legacy and compete for Great Britain again.

Ironman as it involves a bit of everything and is the most challenging but probably board if i had to single one out.
