my goals are to train hard achive good times in the pool, get into the GB team senior and junior win board and as many events as i can.Do really well in legacy and kick some but.

my favourite has got to be the board because its demanding and i love to race it and really enjoy it and also the ski.

i would say pasta the night before and just drinking on the day and eat banana's for energy.

yea go into the water before we start and warm up drink alot and stretch and thats about it :)

Ironman as it involves a bit of everything and is the most challenging but probably board if i had to single one out.

When did you get into the sport?
At the age of 12, me and a friend started up and started to rip on a nipper board, thought it would be fun to race, so we did, never looked back since.
What is your greatest achievement?
Making the junior GB team was real good, but winning the 2009 U19 Ironman was my greatest achievement, beating tough competition in very flat conditions.
What are your goals for this year?
Winning the Team Legacy with Storm. And following up my U19 Ironman win in the Open....Also winning the board rescue with my Australian team mate Sam Hunt at Aussies.
What is your favourite discipline?
Swims been huge in my sporting career, swimming at the age of 6, and have always been a stamina swimmer, so now enjoying the biggest stamina event, The Ironman.
What is your favourite pre-race food?
Mother cooks a splended chicken, sausage, beacon and cheese pasta, love that the night before, maybe a small smoothie too.

Listen to the skull candy bass headphones, and set the bass level to high!

The guys down Portreath do a good job coaching so all them, main ones Andrew Young and Jane Deers (swimming)

My goal is to be selected for Cornwall team again!To compete in the GB rankings and ski series,and achieve the very best i can at the cornish and nationals.My dream is to be selected for GB development, and one day wear the GB colours!

European Jnr surf race champion 2008, 2nd in run swim run at Jnr Europeans 2009. 2 bronze medals in beach relay (2008) and tube rescue (2009) at Jnr Europeans.Senior GB team 2009, Junior GB team 2008,2009. welsh team 06,07,08,09.GB surf race champion 09.
What are your goals for this year?
to retain my GB senior and Junior surf race title. To re win the run swim run in europeans. Compete for GB senior and youth team in europeans and worlds aiming to get points places in all my races.
What is your favourite discipline?
Surf race/run swim run, Iron Man, 1km, Board, Tube rescue and Board rescue.
What is your favourite pre-race food?
pasta and tuna mayo with apple and black current squash.

not really, just make sure that i know what im doing

My swimming coach is 10xOlympic coach Dave Haller, who coaches me in the national performance squad at Cardiff. My lifeguard coaches are most of the coaches at rhoose lifeguards includinig Karen O'Harris, chris braggins, lee perry and dave coops
How many times a week do you train?
i swim for most of the week in the mornings and in the evenings 8-9times a week aprox. when i can go to lifeguards training i will try to get there especially to try and work on my ski paddling.

A really good performance in the ski at the World Champs, do my best in everything (except the surf race!) at nationals.
