When did you get into the sport?
I got into the sport when I was six and loved it ever since!

What is your greatest achievement?
My greatest achivement would heft to be gaining two welsh caps in the past two years. Also wining medals in the British live saving champs

What are your goals for this year?
To regain my title in the welsh team and to get into gb boot camp

What is your favourite discipline?
Definatly swimming and I enjoy doing ironman races

What is your favourite pre-race food?
I have beans on toast for breakfast and then carbs throughout the day! About ten minutes before the race I'll have a banana for a boost

Do you have a pre-race ritual?
Relaxing and staying calm!

Craig Robinson and Mark Evans

How many times a week do you train?
About 6 in the winter and about 10-12 in the summer: board and ski paddling, lots of swimming and no running because it sucks!!!
