OCEAN SWIM ENTRIES NOW OPEN! - 03/06/10
The third Putsborough to Woolacombe Ocean Swim Classic will be held this year at 5.30pm on Saturday July 10th. Sign up can be made online at signup/php where athletes can use the paypal facility if required but should still download an entry form and send in to te registration office address. Pre entries are priced at £10 rather than £13 on the day and for those third time swimmers this years hat is Turquoise Blue!
Legacy Evens are happy to have Aquarius Swim school as their sponsors again and have inrooduced 2 new agecategories with prize money attached. The 40+ and 50+ ages will feature £25 prize money for the winning male and female athletes to go with the £50 Open prizes respectively.
Ther Parkin estates Run Swim Run kicks off the event as always and has U12, U14 and open categories for those that don't fancy the big one!
Recent winners Nick Thorn and Eva Murphy willbe back to defend their titles, but the form guide suggests their are a few youngsters in the female category that could feature.
